MVP build

From an idea to a working product

You bring an idea or first customers — I take it to production, with tests, monitoring and backups. Then I either hand everything over or stay and run the product.

01

Who it’s for

  • A non-technical founder with an idea or first customers: you need a product in production, not six months of looking for a CTO.
  • A company that needs a working product, not a development staff to build one.

02

What I do

  1. 01Architecture and MVP scope: what goes into the first version and what deliberately doesn’t.
  2. 02The MVP in production: not a demo stand but a release that real users work with.
  3. 03Tests, monitoring, backups — what a product needs before it can be left unattended.
  4. 04Handover (code, access, documentation) or ongoing ownership of the product.

03

How it works

01

An agent team under my review

Orchestrated agents write most of the code. Architecture, scope and acceptance are mine.

02

Contract and tests before code

First we write down what the system must do, and the checks for it. Then the code gets written.

03

Independent audit

Before release, a second model from another vendor reads the changes: it has different blind spots.

04

What’s already shipped

Roni: zero to production in 5.5 weeks

A PMS for short-term rentals and an in-apartment tablet concierge with an AI agent for guests (roni.cx). ~1,300 commits, ~4,900 tests, production across three sites with rehearsed failover, UI in 4 and 6 languages.

scan: a bot and a website in production

A notebook photo becomes a searchable PDF: web and a Telegram bot, 338 tests, 4 rounds of independent code audit.

14 public stands

Live services for different problems — money, law, documents, analytics. You can open them and ask a question.
